Your doctor's office staff was very nice and friendly. They helped me with all my needs. The doctor himself was very helpful. He explained everything I needed to the way I understood him. He answered all my questions. He was quick. He was very attentive. They were very nice. Anything I needed or needed help with or any type of inquiries about, they were always very helpful with answering them and making sure that I understood the answer or making sure I had the information needed or the place to get information needed and making sure that I had the ways to get in the medicine or the vitamins needed. And I really appreciate all of their work that they do.

the nurses and doctors were very professional and I felt comfortable being in the hospital. I don't go to Monmouth Medical because my cardiologist is in Jersey shore but this emergency needed immediate attention and I'm glad I went. Its changed for the better and congratulations on a positive outcome.

Alex Gusler is a great doctor. He listens to your problems, like what you have going on. He asks a lot of questions about your health-wise and the medicine that he's putting you on. And he's just a great doctor all the way around. I would recommend him to a lot of people.

I have some concerns about the speed and manner with which blood pressure readings are taken upon arrival, and, a statement about "LOST MEMORY ." I will again discuss issues with my provider as explainable anomalies + errors.

I do not like being a blood work every year patient. there should be time for how I feel , any issues, or concerns. I am used to a more humanistic approach to health care. My provider is good and I am not used to the approach and might get used to it.

Dr. Gusler is very responsive. He helped me online via chat with my health concerns. And then when I had symptoms that were prolonged, he also got me to the office quickly and saw me quickly and gave me a quick diagnosis. And he was very forthcoming with any questions that I had or he was giving me answers. I would definitely recommend him and definitely had a great experience and would come again. Thank you.

When I went in to get my blood taken, the phlebotomist took me back and asked me to have a seat. She started by cleaning my arm with alcohol before taking my blood, but I realized she was not wearing gloves. So I asked "Do you guys wear gloves?" She put her hands on her hips and leaned back and said "NO SIR I AM NOT!!! When they start making gloves that will prevent needle sticks then I'll start wearing them!" She was very rude and nasty about it. She went on to explain that they are for her protection and not mine. She rubbed the area of my arm with her fingers before inserting the needle. I don't know how clean her hands are so the gloves would be for my protection as well. To sum it up, I will be looking for a new place to get my blood draws and will never return here.
